Chartfield Homes is led by Richard Potts, a highly experienced operator with a land and planning background and experience to Managing Director level; his passion is in the delivery of high quality schemes.
Richard’s ability to identify sites with the greatest potential can be demonstrated through his previous work with Laing Homes, CALA Homes and Seaward Properties. Examples include gaining planning consent for 300 homes in Woking , 495 homes as part of the redevelopment of RAF West Ruislip, achieving an off-market purchase for 89 units in Virginia Water during his 9 year career with CALA Homes and most recently, whilst MD at Seaward Properties, achieving planning consents for 167 homes in Southbourne and 320 Homes in New Alresford.
Richard’s experience means that he has a well trained eye and honed ability for sourcing land which has the greatest development opportunity and can maximise a site’s planning potential, to generate strong returns for landowners.
